Freddi Brown is a National Board-Certified Health Coach, DEI educator, and founder of Figure It Out, LLC. Known for her clear, compassionate teaching style, Freddi helps coaches build more inclusive practices with confidence and care.
She brings over 25 years of experience across healthcare, education, IT, and real estate, and currently serves as faculty for multiple NBHWC-approved programs. Freddi is also the co-creator of a 12-hour NBHWC-approved DEI course and developer of JEDI Training for coaches. Her work bridges real-world coaching with deep respect for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
