Freddi Brown, NBC-HWC

Freddi Brown, author and National Board-Certified Health Coach, is recognized for championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the health and wellness sphere. As a faculty member for several NBHWC-approved programs and owner of Figure It Out, LLC, Freddi combines her roles as a Career and Life Strategist, Instructor, and Facilitator to inspire meaningful change. Her advocacy in Responsible Artificial Intelligence and Inclusivity contributes a unique and ethical perspective to the integration of technology in healthcare.

With over 25 years of multifaceted experience in healthcare, IT, education and real estate, Freddi Brown has been a champion for inclusive and accessible practices. Most recently, Freddi has co-created an NBHWC-approved 12-hour DEI Continuing Education course and developed specialized JEDI Training courses for health coaches, which both emphasize her intent to weave DEI principles seamlessly into health and wellness coaching.

Freddi’s approach to fostering accessible and equitable environments is characterized by her dynamic teaching style and deep care for others. She possesses a talent for illuminating blind spots in a way that is enlightening yet non-judgmental and fostering an atmosphere where individuals feel valued and free to express themselves.
