Why does “trauma-informed practice” sound intimidating, and what does it really mean for our work as coaches? Navigating cultural awareness, trauma, and power dynamics can feel overwhelming, but these essential skills are at the core of building trust and safety in our coaching relationships.
We’re excited to bring you a class led by an experienced coach and educator, Megan Hadley, who shares real-world stories and practical tools for integrating trauma-informed and culturally aware approaches into your sessions. You’ll explore actionable strategies—like inviting client choice, using inclusive language, and honoring personal boundaries—that foster authentic connection and support meaningful transformation.
Through a mix of foundational concepts, interactive exercises, and case studies, this session creates space for you to reflect on your own practice while learning how to navigate sensitive topics with confidence and care. By focusing on continuous learning, self-awareness, and community support, you’ll walk away ready to implement trauma-informed skills that deepen trust, empower clients, and strengthen your coaching impact.
